Many people come to counselling for different reasons (including myself when I sent a text to a therapist about 12 years ago, when my transformative personal journey began).
In my counselling work today, I aim to support you to make more conscious decisions and choices about your life, while embracing the unique being that you are.

My approach is unique, and both integrative and holistic.
Integrative means that I work flexibly across different approaches and techniques, such as humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic, gestalt, transactional analysis, CBT, and family constellation.
I integrate an approach which is suitable to you and your goals – it can be short-term or long-term.
My holistic approach means we can work with different layers of your being: your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. If you’re open to it, we will work with breath, mindfulness, chakras, and energy blocks.
